Frees all resources (local and remote) associated with a result set.
This step is mandatory for all objects obtained by calling
dbSendQuery() or dbSendStatement().

Value
dbClearResult() returns TRUE, invisibly, for result sets obtained from
both dbSendQuery()
and dbSendStatement().
