Convert a Capr cohort to JSON

toCohortJson(object, ..., includeConceptSets = NULL)

Arguments

object

A Capr cohort.

...

Arguments passed on to jsonlite::toJSON (e.g. pretty = TRUE).

includeConceptSets

Optional list of ConceptSet objects to include in the JSON even if not referenced in the cohort (e.g. for round-trip equivalence).

Value

A JSON character string for the cohort.
