Usage
getCohortExpectations(chat, phenotypes, outputDir)
Arguments
- chat
An ellmer chat
- phenotypes
Either a vector of phenotype names or results from
PhenotypeR.
- outputDir
Folder to save expectations.
Value
A tibble with expectations about the cohort.
