populateManifest(manifestType, importFromAtlas = TRUE)

Arguments

manifestType

the type of manifest to initialize, either conceptSet or cohort

importFromAtlas

toggle whether to import content from atlas. Default is TRUE

Value

invisible return but populates the manifest in its appropriate folder location
