Function to create a pipeline task as a Rmd file

makeAnalysisTask(
  taskName,

Arguments

taskName: The name of the analysis script
configBlock: the name of the config block to use for the script
date: the date the script was built, default to today's date
projectPath: the path to the project
open: toggle on whether the file should be opened
