The Health Systems Interest Group meets every other Monday at 10am Eastern Time. Sessions focus on helping community members — new and experienced — work through OMOP CDM, ETL, and mapping questions.
Chat with the community
• HSIG Microsoft Teams — the main HSIG Teams space for discussion between meetings.
• HSIG Teams general channel — post questions or proposals for the group to discuss.
• OHDSI Forums — the broader OHDSI community forum; use the “Implementers” category for health-system-specific questions.
Contribute code or content
• HSIG GitHub repository — this website’s source, plus shared SQL scripts for OMOP CDM ETL tasks.
