Core references
• Book of OHDSI — the primary reference text for the OHDSI community and the OMOP CDM.
• OMOP CDM home page — documentation hub for the CDM specification.
• CDM GitHub — source repository for the CDM specification and DDL scripts.
• Themis convention library — community conventions for consistent ETL/mapping decisions across the OHDSI network. Also on GitHub.
Vocabulary & mapping tools
• Athena — the OHDSI vocabulary repository, used to browse and download standardized vocabularies for mapping source codes to OMOP concepts.
• USAGI — a tool to support the manual mapping of source codes to standard OMOP concepts.
• SqlRender — translates SQL across database dialects (SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.) for use in OHDSI tools and cohort definitions.
Analysis & quality tools
• Atlas Demo — try Atlas, the OHDSI cohort definition and analysis platform, without installing anything.
