Vocabulary & mapping tools

Athena — the OHDSI vocabulary repository, used to browse and download standardized vocabularies for mapping source codes to OMOP concepts.

USAGI — a tool to support the manual mapping of source codes to standard OMOP concepts.

SqlRender — translates SQL across database dialects (SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.) for use in OHDSI tools and cohort definitions.
