Optum EHR is a dataset comprised of EHR records from multi-specialty practices, small group practices, physician offices, integrated delivery networks, and hospitals. It includes demographics, data on hospitalizations, lab results, medications, procedures, diagnoses, as well as most information collected during a patient journey provided the care site contributes EHR data to the database.
